Menu prepared by the Year 3 Professional Cooking students of Apicius International School of Hospitality for Italian Creative Cuisine and Decoration course. This menu offers our guest a wide selection of traditional Italian ingredients presented in a simple and tasty way.
We offer options between seafood, vegetarian and meat based courses, cooked in a traditional way respecting the authentic recipes and flavors. **Ganzo is a fully student operated kitchen, in case you find any mistake in our dishes please notify the service and we will be happy to remake your dish as well as learn from our mistakes.
